Creating is part of my everyday life, if I don’t get my hands on some sort of creative device at some point in the day I shrivel up like a dried sponge and fall into an existential depression until I can make something again. My main inspirations tend to be nature, various biological organisms, and my own life experiences. in contrary to all that, Im on track to major in biology and minor in visual arts. as much as i love art, its more of a need than something I’d enjoy studying. I’ve always avoided art classes since I was young. I’ve been of the mindset that art cannot truly be taught to anyone or by anyone. Its instinctual. My main passion is to learn all I can about how the world works, and how all the small things we might not be thinking about have shaped our lives. this mindset is constantly involved in my artistic process, for me, science and art are inseparable concepts and practices.
